How to Change Login Information

1. Go to https://billing.emailonacid.com/

2. Input your credentials and log in. 

3. Click on the Account Settings tab on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page.

4. This page will allow you to update the Login Email and the Password. 

How to Update Payment Information

1. Click on the Payment Settings tab on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page. 

2. This page will let you know if you have any outstanding invoices, update your payment on file, and also turn Auto Pay on/off. 

How to Download Invoices 

1. Click on the Invoice History tab on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page. 

2. Select the invoice you wish to download and click the PDF icon. 

API Settings

1. Click on the API Settings tab on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page. 

2. This page will allow you to change which clients you want included in your email previews. Otherwise, it will default to all clients.

API Usage

1. Click on the API Usage tab on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page. 

2. This page will track how many tests are ran per month. 

FAQ

How do I add a user so that they can access the billing site?

An approved contact must submit a request to support and include the below information:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

What if I do not remember my log in?

You must reach out to support. We will need to request additional information to verify your account before proceeding with a password reset.

Is there a limit on how many people can have billing site access?

No, but we do require that requests come from approved contacts before adding additional user access.

To begin your check or bank transfer based invoice renewal please contact Email on Acid Support at helpdesk@emailonacid.com with your username and subscription information. They will be able to assist with your renewal request, and ensure that your service is active once again as soon as possible.

If a request is not made to our Email on Acid Support team by the renewal date, then active subscription service will be suspended due to
subscription expiration.

In the event that your payment method is not updated and fails, your account will automatically enter a 3 day Grace Period to allow you a second chance to seamlessly update your payment method without interruption to active testing service. If the payment method is not updated during the Grace Period, active subscription access will then be  suspended at that time due to non-payment.

1. Click on the Username on the top right of the page, and click Plan & Billing.

2. On the Plan Settings page you’ll see the Billing + Payment section towards the bottom. Click on Edit.

3. On the Billing & Payment Information page you can update: Billing & Payment Information

Update Payment Information

Under your billing details, you can check the box for Update payment information to add or edit your payment card details.

Secondary Billing Email

A secondary email address can be added to receive invoices.

Update Contact Information

If you select the option to update your contact information, this will update your address and phone information on your account.

4. Once you have completed your edits, click Save.

Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting Steps

My card was declined for payment, what should I do?

When a card declines the bank will not give us the reason for this decision, so you will want to reach out to your card provider. They will be able to give you specific details. Some of the common causes are:

• Incorrect address, zip-code, or card verification code
  • Attempt the payment again after double checking the information on your account
• Bank security measures
  • Call your card provider to have the fraud hold on your card removed
• The charge amount is higher than the cards daily limit
  • Contact your card provider to request a daily limit increase

What happens to my account if my card information on file is not up to date for my annual or monthly renewal?

If your card on file is not up to date or declines for your annual renewal, you will be notified and have a 3-day grace period to update your information on file. We will run the charge again automatically after the 3 -day grace period. If you are on a monthly membership, your subscription will be suspended immediately. But don’t worry. You can login as soon as you are able, update your credit card, and renew your subscription.

An administrator can access and print an invoice directly from the account:

1. Click your Username at the top right of the page.

2. From the dropdown, select Plan & Billing.

3. On the lower right-hand side of the page, you will see Purchase History. You can view the receipt by clicking on the word Invoice Receipt.

4. Your receipt or invoice will populate, and you can then print or download.

For annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days of payment, a pro-rated refund will be provided subtracting the cost of one full month of service and providing active testing access for that month.

Email on Acid does not provide refunds for any sub-user or add-on subscription payments.
